Job Description:
Approach Personnel are recruiting for a Dater Analyst to join a highly successful construction company in their Liverpool office. This is expected to be 4 week work.
Responsibilities:r
- Responsible for the day to day validation of all completed jobs to agreed contract, company and client standards.
- Provide support and feedback of any performance issues
- Processes all assigned data at the start of the shift
- Ability to work using own initiative and without constant supervision
- Develop and maintain strong, supportive and positive relationships with client representatives
Requirements:
- Good organisational skills
- Accuracy of administration and compliance with company standards
- Ability to work under pressure
- Understand various portal systems
- Meet deadlines
- Previous experience as a Document Controller in construction sites or equivalant

· Responsible for the day to day validation of all completed meter installation jobs to agreed contract, company and client standards.
· Provide support and feedback of any performance issues to your team leader to ensure representation of the team at any internal performance or operational meetings.
· Processes all volumes assigned at the start of the shift and takes on more volumes assigned by the Team Leader for the entire duration of their shift.
· Ability to work using own initiative and without constant supervision
· Regular liaison with key stakeholders in the other teams involved in the end-to-end process that is designed to provide a focused and consistent service to all customers.
· Ensure adherence to client’s procedures and best operating practice.
· Develop and maintain strong, supportive and positive relationships with client representatives.
· Participates in special tasks and performs other duties as assigned.
