Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Site Manager to supervise and manage a rebuild of a school project in Oxford. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure the project is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure all work meets design specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Maintain project timelines and manage any on-site challenges that may arise.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with RC built projects
- All valid qualifications - CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
