Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Site Manager to manage a retrofit project in Yeovil. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with retrofit projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure all work meets design specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Maintain project timelines and manage any on-site challenges that may arise.
- Previous experience with retrofit projects.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with retrofit projects.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
