Job Title: Traffic Marshall

Salary: £15.00 Per hour

Job Duties:

As a Traffic Marshall, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians on construction sites. You will be directing traffic, signalling to drivers, controlling access points, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, you may be required to assist with general site duties as needed.

Required Qualifications:

- Valid Traffic Marshall CPCS or NPORS

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail

Education:

No specific educational requirements, but basic literacy and numeracy skills are desirable

Experience:

Prior experience as a Traffic Marshall or in a similar role within the construction industry is preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

- Understanding of health and safety regulations

- Familiarity with traffic management procedures

- Ability to remain calm under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

- First Aid certification

- CSCS card

Working Conditions:

You will be working outdoors in various weather conditions. The role may require standing for extended periods and some physical exertion. Full personal protective equipment will be provided.
